Return Goods

If you’re looking to return or exchange parts from your order, we’re here to help! BigParts.ca offers returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, exchange it for a different item, or request a refund to the original payment method. Certain products are subject to restocking fees, and special-order parts are non-refundable. If your order includes a special-order part, you will be contacted and notified by email prior to shipment that the item is considered non-returnable.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must be complete and in their original packaging.
  • Returned items must show no signs of installation, wear, or use, and must not have been disassembled or modified.
  • If the 30-day return period has passed, you can still contact us. We’ll do our best to find a fair and reasonable solution.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us with your return details, including your original order number and the part numbers you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Once all details are confirmed, a shipping label (shipping charges may apply) and return instructions will be emailed to you.
  3. Print the shipping label and send the parts back to us, following the instructions provided in the email.

Once the returned item is received and a brief inspection is completed, one of the following will occur:

  • If a refund was requested: A refund will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 2–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds may be subject to restocking fees—please confirm the applicable percentage before shipping the part back to us.

  • If an exchange was requested: A replacement part will be shipped. Please allow 2–6 business days for delivery.

  • If store credit was requested: Store credit will be automatically applied to your BigParts.ca account, and you will receive an email notification once it's available.

Additional Information:

Restocking Fees: Some products are subject to restocking fees, which vary depending on the type of product. Please contact us to confirm the applicable restocking fee percentage before initiating a return.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping will not be deducted from your refund if the item was shipped incorrectly or if the return was approved under warranty. In all other cases, shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
